- Visit your Online Member Account to review your current coverage. While you are there, sign up for Auto Pay so you never miss a payment!
- Please review your new monthly premium information. Even if you currently have no monthly payment due, you may now have a monthly payment due in 2025. Remember, payment is required to keep your coverage active.
- Remember to check WellCare of North Carolina's 2025 Preferred Drug List for all covered drug updates
- In January, look for your new 2025 Welcome Packet with your ID Card.

You’ll receive this in the mail, and it will also be available in your Online Member Account. Be sure to review your plan details closely. If you don’t make any changes, we will automatically renew your coverage.

Yes. If you’re pleased with the details on your renewal letter and don’t want or need to make any changes, your WellCare of North Carolina plan will automatically renew. Please be sure to visit your Online Member Account to review any changes to your plan for 2025 as there are many factors that may have caused your plan to change. Your coverage will start on January 1.
